  • Even if you accept this offer to use our service and do, in fact, use our service, your lender may not agree to change your loan or permit a short sale.

  • You may stop doing business with us at any time. You may accept or reject the offer of mortgage assistance or short sale approval we obtain from your lender [or servicer]. You do not have to pay us if you reject the offer or approval.  If you accept the offer or approval, there will be a fee payable either by the Buyer or by you.  Providing the Purchase Offer includes the provision wherein the Buyer pays the agreed-upon short sale loss mitigation fee, then you will not have to pay this fee.  If you accept a Purchase Offer with the Buyer not paying the fee, you will be obligated to pay the agreed-upon fee.
